Ms. Ringold is a Founder, President, and CEO of Ringold Financial Management Services, Inc. (RINGOLD).  She has over 25 years’ experience in performing operational assessments of various accounting/finance departments, internal auditing, tax and accounting, specifically around single audits and compliance audits. She has developed and implemented many of Auditing/Compliance monitoring plans/programs. She has an in-depth knowledge/experience base in AICPA Attestation Standards and applicable Governmental Auditing Standards. She is currently the managing partner over the State of Illinois engagement that requires Review of Financial Statements, and providing follow-up monitoring services for over 250 agencies to ensure compliance.

Ms. Bartkoske has over twenty-five years financial and consulting experience gained across a broad spectrum of industries. She directs the supervision of audit engagements, the majority of which non-profit organizations and construction compaines. She prides herself in providing extraordinary service to her clients through her leadership and ability to build the right team for the engagement.

Ms. Bartkoske’s experience includes managing numerous financial, operational, and compliance audits over the course of her career. In addition to managing audits, she provides assurance, tax compliance and planning, and consulting services — including, business process improvements and strategic planning. Ms. Bartkoske has worked with clients on strategy development and performance improvement initiatives by reviewing current and prior initiatives to identify current opportunities. She has advised governmental and NFP organization on ways to reduce operating costs and increase revenue. Ms. Bartkoske has also assisted client with the implementation of new GASB and FASB standard and other regulatory developments and ensured that all client are apprised of new accounting standards and tax laws. Ms. Bartkoske is currently the Quality Assurance Partner for all of the audits that Ringold performs ensuring that workpapers documentation and audit procedures performed are of the highest quality. She is also responsible for coordinating the firm’s peer review and staff development.
